A Curational Encounter by Nima Esmailpour – Euridice Zaituna Kala in Conversation wih Khanyisile Mbongwa

The first issue of the in Conversation Series was conceived by Image Ontologies, a research framework focused on the critical study of the image through artistic and curatorial practice. The conversation between Euridice Zaituna Kala and Khanyisile Mbongwa is a translated and adapted version of a conversation originally published in French in Festina Lente (Hâte-toi lentement), Issue No. 02, by La Criée centre d'art contemporain 2023-2025.  This issue is printed in a limited run on the occasion of Rendition: A Cinematic Essay by Euridice Zaituna Kala, curated by Nima Esmailpour, as part of Every Worker Should Have Equal Labour Rights, presented by Mayworks Festival of Working People and the Arts.
