Summer open studios

Respecting our long tradition of public events focused on meeting, sharing and openness, our summer residents open the doors of their workshops to you to celebrate the closing of this second residency of our 23-24.

The public is warmly invited to discover the research and experiments that shaped the two months of creation of our guests during these open studios that will start at 5 P.M. on Thursday, August 17, 2023. The artists karen elaine spencer (Montreal, QC), Mathilde Benignus (Montreal, QC), Marc-Olivier Hamelin (Rouyn-Noranda, QC), Ella Dawn McGeough (Toronto, Canada) and author Janick Burn (Montreal, QC) will share with you the liveliness of their workplace for the past few weeks. Conceptual explorations, installative discoveries and drawn intimacies await you. Pssst: we’ll even be entitled to a corn roast to end this exciting evening!
