160 ans d'histoire de la communauté sourde
The People of the Eye exhibition offers an original foray into deaf history and culture. The content is presented in Quebec Sign Language (LSQ) and American Sign Language (ASL). The exhibition traces the history of the Deaf community, while highlighting its heritage and the committed citizens who helped advance the cause of the Deaf. It also offers works of art that express the reality of “deaf culture” and presents organizations that demonstrate the dynamism of the current deaf community. (p.2)
