In this workshop, Wei Ling Hung (Taiwan) invites participants to reconnect with the senses of their bodies by exploring the intelligence of touch through authentic movement, both individually and collectively. Nowadays, when the body’s most intimate contact with the world becomes fingers on a screen, when digital media seem to know our bodies better than we do, how can we, through ourselves, come to deeply understand the world?
Through guided exploration and physical actions, we’ll move from personal body awareness to an expanded perception of our environment. Together, we’ll reflect on how to fully be ourselves while shaping a collective experience.
This workshop is free and open to everyone! Please send us a message at info@estnordest.org to register your place!
