Summer residency

THIS SUMMER! From July 5 to August 27, 2021, artists Maude Arès (Montreal), François Quévillon (Montreal), Giorgia Volpe (Quebec), and Jacinthe Loranger (Montreal) will have an opportunity to experiment and conduct research related to their practices in our studios. Artist Stephanie Fortin will join them for the first month of their residency, as part of a collaboration with the Biennale de Sculpture de Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, and their partners, the Maison des Métiers d’Arts de Québec! Given the current circumstances, artist Malebona Maphutse (South Africa), as well as author Allyn Gaestel (Nigeria), who were supposed to be part of this residency, will join us in summer 2022 instead.
