Throwback to our winter 2025 open studios

We warmly thank you for joining us at our winter open studios last Thursday! As is our tradition, we were able to visit each of our residents’ studios in turn, all while enjoying rich exchanges and discussions.

Artist Louis Bouvier first welcomed us into his space to introduce us to his characters made through casts and 3D printing, followed by author Joëlle Dubé, who explained her research inspired by the work of artist Audie Murray. Next, Amadeo Azar gave us a glimpse of his watercolours and sound works, before moving on to appreciate the meticulous beadwork of Nichol Marsch. Finally, the tour ended with Toni Brell interacting with their unique ceramics.

We then concluded the evening by sharing a bowl or two of delicious squash pasta prepared by our dear Camille Devaux. Yum! We’re already looking forward to seeing you at another of our events, but you’ll have to wait until spring with the beginning of our new program! See you soon!
