Throwback to Interstice: Outdoor School

From June 24 to 26, we had the pleasure of hosting the very first edition of our Interstice: Outdoor School seminar. A heartfelt thank you to our mentor Diane Borsato for her generous spirit and for sharing with us her joy of swimming and the ritual of tea. 

We are also deeply grateful to our local collaborators for sharing their knowledge with us:

• Chantal Caron, who taught us to move in harmony with nature by drawing inspiration from the geese;
• Julie Aubé, who welcomed us to her farm and showed us how to make fresh pasta using local ingredients;
• Catherine Avard, who invited us into her medicinal plant garden for a beautiful introduction to herbalism.

Finally, a huge thank you to all the participants for their curiosity, engagement, and sense of community, which made this first gathering such a meaningful success.
