Wine order form – 2026 Fundraising campaign

It’s finally here: our 2026 wine campaign has officially launched!

 

This year, every bottle sold directly supports a cause that’s close to our hearts: improving accessibility at our center! Our goal is to begin a long-term process of transforming our infrastructure to better meet the needs of people with disabilities and work toward universal accessibility in our spaces.

 

Our objective: $5,000!

 

Act fast: the campaign ends November 8, 2026!

Thanks to your support, we will be able to make tangible improvements to our main entrance:

  • Install an automatic door opener
  • Install a handrail on the stairs
  • Install contrasting strips on the front edges of the steps
  • Level the door threshold

 

By purchasing wine as part of our campaign, you are directly helping to make Est-Nord-Est more inclusive so that artists, authors, visitors, and staff can fully enjoy the space!

Carefully Selected Wines

This year, we’re offering two white wines and two red wines—all privately imported and carefully selected by Sélection Caviste. These wines are perfect for gatherings with family and friends—or simply to treat yourself! What could be better than supporting a good cause while enjoying some delicious wines?

Delivery and pick up

You can pick up your cases in Québec City, Montréal and Saint-Jean-Port-Joli before the holiday season! We’ll contact you after November 8 to give you the exact addresses and dates for pick-ups.

Cases

Wines are offered in cases of 4 or 12 bottles, each respectively including 1 and 3 bottles of each wine!

Case of 4 bottles: 150$
Case of 12 bottles: 400$

Tax receipts

Official tax receipts will be issued:

$80,00 for a case of 12 bottles

$40,00 for a case of 4 bottles
